Hlinka Guard registration form

Replica of a historical registration form used to enlist members into the Hlinka Guard (HG), a paramilitary organization active during the existence of the Slovak State between 1939 and 1945.

This authentically reproduced document reflects the process of recruiting new members covering personal details such as place of birth and occupation, as well as military experience, rank, and any special training. The wording captures the bureaucratic language of the era, including a stern warning that failure to register with the HG was punishable.

The replica is printed in A3 format, folded in half to create a final A4 size, just as was commonly done at the time.

Suitable for historical desk setups, period office reconstructions, museum exhibitions, or as a realistic prop for reenactment and WWII-era film production.
