This document, known as the Entlausungsschein (or E-Schein for short), represented a key pass for a Wehrmacht soldier's movement and transport during the Second World War. It was an official certificate of delousing, which served as an essential preventative measure against the spread of dangerous typhus within the army ranks and among the civilian population.
A soldier had to obtain it at specialized sanitary stations, especially when transferring from the front to the rear, when going on leave, or when traveling by public transport. Without a valid stamp and signature on this form, he faced the risk of being denied boarding on a train or other military transport.
This faithful replica of the form represents an important detail for every reenactor who wants to authentically supplement their personal documentation in their Soldbuch. It is an ideal accessory for historical displays, exhibitions focused on military hygiene, or as an authentic film prop.
