Sewing sack

A reproduction of a vintage paper sack for sewing threads from Ackermann’s, a well-known German manufacturer of crochet and sewing yarns. The design and typography match originals from the 1930s–1940s and reflect packaging commonly used in both civilian life and rear-area supply.

This type of paper sack could hold small items such as thread spools, leftover yarn, or compact sewing kits, often carried by Wehrmacht soldiers as part of their personal gear. These sacks were commonly found in comfort parcels from home, as well as sold in rear-area stores, canteens, and colonial shops.
