Reproduction of the military shaving soap “Rasier Seife”, a standard part of the German soldier’s hygiene kit during World War II. The product is available in multiple packaging variants, each based on authentic wartime designs.
Shaving soap was used together with a brush to create lather before shaving with a traditional razor. It was part of every soldier’s toiletry set, carried in the field, in barracks, or hospitals. Maintaining a clean-shaven appearance was considered part of military discipline.
Some wrappers are marked with “RIF 0044” or list names of factories that produced hygiene supplies for the Wehrmacht, such as those in Brno or Vienna. The design is minimal but practical, capturing the visual character of the wartime period. A fitting addition to any reenactor’s shaving kit or personal hygiene display.
