    WARCOPY is the brand behind historically accurate WWII-era packaging and replica products made in-house in Slovakia. Born from the reenactment community and designed to preserve originals from damage, all our replicas are created to be authentic and respectful of history

    If you're running a museum, shop, reenactment group, or online store, we offer volume-based wholesale pricing tailored for long-term collaboration.

    WHY PARTNER WITH WARCOPY?

    • In-house production based on personal collection. Each object has its own historical story and is carefully reproduced using scans, high-quality waterproof prints and durable materials.
    • Authenticity first: “Be historically correct and do not destroy original items” that’s our motto. Instead of damaging vintage artifacts, we recreate them.
    • Own testing & improvement process: products are used at reenactments and exhibitions to perfect quality. If we find errors, we update or replace them before the next release.

    VOLUME-BASED DISCOUNT SYSTEM

    Our wholesale pricing is based on your total turnover over the last 12 months, calculated continuously. As your order volume increases, your discount level adjusts accordingly and always reflects your current purchasing activity.

    The discount level is based on the sum of your orders placed within the most recent 12 months (not tied to a calendar year). This dynamic system ensures fair and up-to-date pricing for all partners.

    ORDER PROCESS & TERMS

    • Minimum first order: 200€
    • Complete your order directly on our store using available products. If you'd like to include out-of-stock or custom items, just contact us, we’ll create the order manually for you.
    • Prices include VAT.
    • Orders ship every Wednesday.
    • Global shipping available (please check legal restrictions in your country for WWII-themed replicas).
    • For large orders above 2000€ we offer one-time volume discounts (typically an additional 5%) or custom pricing solutions.

    FAQ – PARTNER EDITION

    • When will my discount activate?
      • Once your total purchases over the last 12 months reach a discount tier. The discount is automatically applied to future orders and updates dynamically.
    • Can I get a better price upfront for a major order?
      • Yes, for orders over 2 000€, we offer a one-time 5% volume discount, even if you haven't reached the next tier yet.
    • Are all products eligible for wholesale discounts?
      • Yes — but sets and promotional offers (e.g. Restock deals) are for end customers only and don’t apply to wholesale orders.
    • Do I need a business license or VAT number?
      • Not necessarily. We also work with reenactment groups, collectors, and independent partners.
