A reproduction of German egg noodles “Ei Ei” Schram’s Eiernudeln, featuring period-style packaging with a charming child illustration. The design reflects typical civilian food packaging from the 1930s–1940s, which also made its way into military kitchens and Wehrmacht food supply chains.
Usage:
Egg noodles were a popular side dish in civilian households and were also used in Wehrmacht field kitchens and rear-area supply stations. Soldiers would encounter them mainly in the rear or as part of special rations within supply parcels. Their ease of preparation and high nutritional value made them a practical part of wartime meals.
The packaging includes a vintage-style label and manufacturer branding. These noodles were quickly boiled in water and served with sauces, canned meat, or on their own. A great addition to reenactor field kitchens, historical displays, or as a film prop.
