Safety pins

A replica of an original WWII-era safety pin pack, commonly found among personal hygiene and utility supplies both in the field and behind the lines. The cardboard packaging features period-correct German-style artwork with the slogan “Ich helfe Allen” (I help everyone), referring to civil or auxiliary women’s services.

The safety pins themselves were an essential everyday item in any gear setup. Soldiers used them for quick clothing repairs, securing bandages, makeshift fastenings, and other practical fixes in demanding conditions. Typically carried in toiletry kits or uniform pockets, they were part of the standard improvised toolkit.
