Reproductions of original wartime paper labels for the iconic German energizing chocolate Scho-ka-kola, used throughout WWII. These stickers are designed to fit modern Scho-ka-kola tins and provide an authentic historical appearance – ideal for reenactment, collections, or display.
Scho-ka-kola (Schokolade–Kaffee–Kolanuss) was produced by Hildebrand, Kakao- und Schokoladenfabrik in Berlin and widely distributed among Wehrmacht troops, Luftwaffe personnel, and through the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK). Packaged in round tins, it contained dark chocolate with added caffeine and kola extract – used to boost alertness and mental focus.
Variants included:
- 1941 label – general issue for civilian or military use.
- Scho-ka-kola with Wehrmacht eagle – regular issue for army distribution.
- Red dot version – simplified military variant.
- DRK chocolate (Deutsches Rotes Kreuz) – a special non-caffeinated edition issued to wounded or recovering soldiers, where caffeine could pose a risk due to increased blood pressure or heart rate.
