A reproduction of the original German medication Supronal, produced by Bayer – Leverkusen. This replica features an accurately recreated glass vial sealed with a cork stopper, along with a period-correct paper box from the 1930s–1940s. The label indicates 20 tablets at 0.5 g each.
Supronal was a historical sedative, used to treat tension, nervousness, exhaustion, and anxiety. It was part of the standard inventory in field medic kits, medical pouches, and rear-area medical depots. It was administered to wounded soldiers, patients suffering from fatigue, or as a calming aid before surgical procedures.
Supronal is an example of pre-war and wartime psychoactive pharmaceuticals developed and distributed by Bayer, a major supplier of medical products to the German military. This reproduction is ideal for reenactor medical setups, museum displays, or as a historically accurate film prop for medical scenes.
